Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of jewellery, precious metals, gemstones, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, transfers, and returns.
- Update inventory in ERP software and MS Excel.
- Conduct physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QC, Finance, and Security teams.
- Ensure accurate tagging, labelling, storage, and inventory control.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inventory Management or Stock Control.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Stock Planning, Inventory Analysis, ERP, and MS Excel.
