Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and support requests.
- Assist customers through voice and blended support channels.
- Resolve queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and accounts.
- Explain Amazon policies, services, and procedures.
- Verify customer details before making account changes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the support system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team.
- Meet daily quality, productivity, and response time targets.
- Handle customer data securely according to company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
