Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with warm leads from vehicle owners interested in selling or scrapping their vehicles.
- Collect vehicle details including model, year, condition, RC status, ownership, insurance, loan status, and document availability.
- Explain the vehicle scrapping and procurement process clearly to customers.
- Negotiate and finalize fair purchase prices.
- Convert leads into confirmed procurement deals.
- Coordinate documentation and vehicle pickup with internal teams.
- Handle customer objections related to pricing, documents, payments, and process.
- Maintain lead records using CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or internal software.
- Follow up with customers until the deal is completed or closed.
- Coordinate with field, documentation, and pickup teams for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates must be from Jaipur.
- Good spoken Hindi and English communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills are required.
